At Standic, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has received the goods.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Original packaging is preferred but not required.
You may inspect and assemble the product as you would in a physical store. However, excessive use beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by Standic.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
