Terms of service
1. VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of goods and services made through the Standic online store at standic.pl between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and Standic OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, purchases made through standic.pl are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
The Online Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on standic.pl.
2. PRICING
All prices displayed in the standic.pl online store are in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid from the moment the order is placed until the payment deadline expires (14 days after placing the order).
If an order is submitted before any changes to prices or terms become effective, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.
The Online Store reserves the right to modify product prices. Any changes will be reflected on standic.pl.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
To place an order:
- Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
- Click the BUY button in the cart.
- Enter the required contact and delivery information.
- Confirm the shipping method.
- Optionally add a billing address.
- Click PROCEED TO PAYMENT and complete the payment using the available payment methods.
- After successful payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made using online banking methods, debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
Standic OÜ is the controller of personal data. Personal data required for processing payments may be shared with authorized payment service providers.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Online Store makes every effort to display product images, colors, and specifications as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colors may vary depending on the settings and quality of the customer's display device. The Online Store shall not be liable for reasonable color differences between the displayed image and the actual product.
The Online Store reserves the right to remove products from its assortment without prior notice.
6. FORMATION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
The sales contract enters into force once payment has been successfully received by the Online Store.
The Online Store reserves the right to cancel an order if fulfillment is not possible. In such cases, the Customer will be informed without delay and any amounts paid will be refunded.
Under the sales contract, the Online Store undertakes to deliver the ordered goods and transfer ownership to the Customer. The Customer undertakes to pay the purchase price and accept delivery of the goods.
Orders that remain unpaid will be automatically cancelled 7 days after being placed.
7. DELIVERY
The Online Store delivers products to the countries listed at checkout.
After the sales contract enters into force, the order will be processed and the Customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time.
If delivery of the ordered goods becomes impossible, the Online Store may withdraw from the contract. In such a case, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are indicated on the product pages. If no specific delivery time is stated, the estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to public holidays, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For orders containing products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time may apply. The Online Store reserves the right to split shipments and deliver products separately.
Delivery times begin from the moment payment has been received.
The Online Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
The Online Store uses third-party logistics partners for deliveries.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer should inspect the packaging for visible transport damage. If damage is observed, the Customer should refuse acceptance and request that the courier records the damage.
8. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
After receiving the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
- manufactured according to the Customer's specific requirements,
- customized with materials, dimensions, or options selected by the Customer,
- produced according to specifications provided by the Customer.
The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of returned goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Products should be handled and inspected only to the extent that would normally be permitted in a physical retail store.
If the returned product, packaging, or condition of the goods indicates excessive use, the Online Store reserves the right to deduct compensation corresponding to the decrease in value from the refundable amount.

The Customer and the Online Store will agree on the return shipping arrangements.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
Upon receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned goods (or proof of shipment), the Online Store will refund all payments received from the Customer without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and does not apply to business customers.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Online Store shall not be liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By placing an order, the Customer grants the Online Store the right to collect and process personal data necessary for fulfilling the order, including:
- name,
- phone number,
- delivery address,
- billing address,
- email address.
Personal data may be shared with logistics and payment partners solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
The Online Store may send newsletters and promotional offers only if the Customer has expressly consented to receive them.
The Customer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions included in the communication or by contacting the Online Store.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of their personal data, except where retention is required by law or necessary for contract performance.
11. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS
All consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
If a product develops a defect, the Customer should discontinue use and notify the Online Store without delay.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product and are specified on the relevant product pages.

Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
The Online Store will review the complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused by:
- improper installation,
- improper use,
- inadequate maintenance,
- normal wear and tear.
If the Customer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, the Customer may use the available consumer dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable law.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Customer's country of residence where required by consumer protection legislation.
